02Story
It started as something we built for ourselves.
We were frustrated by how traditional recruiting works: slow, expensive, and built around a headcount of recruiters rather than around the outcome. So we built the thing we wanted.
We used it to scale our own team. It worked well enough that other founders started asking whether they could use it too. In 2025 we turned the internal tool into a product.
It exists so that founders and hiring managers can spend their time on the part only they can do, which is deciding who to hire, and not on the part that a system can do continuously.

Every growing company should hire like a big one.
Large companies win talent partly because they can afford a recruiting function. That is an advantage of budget, not of judgement, and it is one worth removing.
Stitch gives a five-person company the sourcing reach and the follow-through of a full recruiting team, without the team.
