Careers
We do not accept applications.
Applications waste everyone's time. We use our own product: Stitch finds people whose work speaks for itself, and reaches out when the timing and the fit are right. If you want high-impact work with real ownership, you may already be on the list.
01What we look for
Signals that stand out.
Stitch finds people who ship in the open. This is what catches its attention, and ours.
Verifiable artifacts
Patents, publications, shipped products, open source, recommendations, or technical writing. Anything that shows how you think and build rather than asserting it.
Product sense
Shipping fast with crisp tradeoffs. You know when to polish and when to move on, and you do not need to be told which situation you are in.
Founder mode
Ownership, initiative, and clarity under ambiguity. You do not wait to be told what to do. You work out what is needed and go and do it.
02How we work
Four operating principles.
Small team, large ambitions. These are the things we actually argue about.
Bias for action
We ship fast and iterate. Perfect is the enemy of done.
Transparent by default
Information flows freely. Context is what lets people make good calls without asking.
High trust, high bar
We hire carefully, and then we give people real autonomy.
Craft matters
We care about the details. Good enough is not good enough.
03Get noticed
How to increase your chances.
Stitch is searching whether or not you are looking. The only thing you control is how easy your best work is to find.
- Keep your public profiles current: professional networks, a personal site, portfolios, open source.
- Ship projects that show your thinking and your execution, not just your job titles.
- Write about what you are learning and building.
- Contribute to open source, or share technical insight publicly.
